Surgery, prosthetics and life-saving care

Finding the right care to help more patients

When care cannot wait and public hospitals are at capacity, Maghreb Secours seeks funding for life-saving surgery, working with leading specialists in Casablanca's clinics and experienced prosthetics providers.

An organised, effective team

Why did we create a dedicated medical department?

From the beginning, we sought to extend our humanitarian work to meet a growing demand for help with complex medical cases. The increasing number of patients referred to us was a driving force behind this effort.

We realised that responding effectively meant broadening our work. Our dedicated medical department was created to address the specific needs of people seeking our support.

Morocco has introduced healthcare support for people facing exclusion and those on low incomes. However, pressure on public services can delay treatment. Patients turn to our association for help with their most urgent needs.

Medical expertise

Leading specialists in Casablanca welcome our patients with care and professionalism.

We believe quality healthcare is essential to improving the lives of people in need. That is why we work with leading specialists, particularly in Casablanca, a major centre of medical expertise.
